stone hill is the latest addition to the mill pond region. this new sim attached to the east side of mill pond features upscale brownstone residences, an outdoor performance venue, pool, and several art galleries and meeting spaces.

Brownstone Court at Stone Hill
Two-story brownstone residences are available for rent here at Stone Hill for L$1000/week. This includes a 400 prim allowance, and private ocean-view deck with each unit. Residents are also welcome to participate in all of our community activities including the use of the Stone Hill Pool and the pond at Mill Pond.
