Mill Pond and Stone Hill Renovations
In what has become almost a tradition at Mill Pond, it's time for a change.
Renovations of the sims have already started, but over the next few weeks, all residents and shop owners will be required to vacate the islands in order to make way for the new look. Even though it's a renovation, the sims are actually going back to what was the first 'version' of Mill Pond - or at least as close as I can get them to what was the first version.
We'll be having an actual village area with small sidestreets on the north sides of the sims, covering both Mill Pond and Stone Hill. The cornerstone of the village will be the Open Latte coffee shop, just as it as always been. Other shops in the village will include galleries, the bookshop, Primfab and a few others.
We'll also have new residential rentals as well. There will be small, more private cottages for rent at a cost of L$1,000/week as well as some additional loft/flat rentals above the commercial areas for L$500/week. More details on those as I have it.
Please be patient with the renovations. I assure you that I'll work as quickly as I'm able to get Mill Pond and Stone Hill back to where you like them.
