Our theme for poetry for Sunday, August 26 is poems about "Brad" and "Bread".  If you don't know anyone named Brad, make one up.

The poetry theme for the Shakespeare and Company Bookshop Poetry Guild for Sunday, August 19 is "Wicked".  So, write your wicked poems and join us at the bookshop next Sunday!

After some discussion with our poetry group at the Shakespeare and Company Bookshop in Mill Pond, inspired by the real shop of the same name in Paris, France, we've decided to dedicate some of our website space to the sharing of poems that have been read at our poetry readings.

We'll also post the 'theme' for each week's poetry event here so that everyone is aware and can craft their writings appropriately.  As always, if your muse wasn't particularly inspirational that week, you're welcome to share a poem that's off-theme, or a poem from another writer.
